At Homes4Assignment, we service individuals who are ready to take on the responsibilities that come with home ownership. These responsibilities include, but are not limited having a down payment, affording your monthly mortgage and performing maintenance on the home. We welcome everyone, regardless of your situation. Our lovely homes are carefully selected, and available to prospects who are credit challenged, have recently undergone new employment, do not have substantial work history or are self-employed. If the quality of your credit prevents you from buying a house, our partners offer professional guidance to address that concern. You are closer to home ownership than you realize! 

Our homeownership program can be summarized in 5 steps:

1.    You apply on our website for your property of interest.
2.    If you are approved, you receive exclusive rights to purchase the lease-to-own or owner financed home.
3.    You can now move-in the home while you get your loan in place to purchase.
4.    Once you've been approved for a loan, you will exercise your right to purchase the home from the program.
5.    Congratulations, you are a homeowner!
